Born from a love of camping and the outdoors, 380 Rv Rentals began in the Fall of 2018.  We took delivery of our first unit in January 2019, added another in the fall of 2019.  Following the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bryan and David decided to go “all in” to seek to deliver what we are so passionate about – a safe and clean unit for memories to be made!

We have spent time making sure we had a clear direction before we set out on our journey.  We take the following as our guiding principles with each and every interaction between customers and amongst our own employees.

Safety – We go above and beyond what is “required” of our industry and ensure that we are doing the right thing, every time.  This is shown through our quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspections.  These inspection items are available ahead of time for the renters to view, and at the time of rental with month and date each inspection was completed.  If something breaks on a trailer, we don’t just leave that item or fix it in a hap-hazard way; we ensure it is repaired as soon as feasible, in a stronger fashion than it was originally installed.  If we can’t fix it in time, we will pull the trailer out of service.  COVID-19 has displayed our commitment to the safety of our employees and customers as we have adapted with time between rentals and “no-contact” options.

Integrity – One thing we will never compromise on is integrity.  Beyond integrity is accountability; every person within our company is not just empowered to speak up, but they are EXPECTED to speak up if they witness a policy, practice or another person as not displaying the highest levels of integrity.  With this in mind, you can have peace of mind that your transactions, be it as a renter or as a lease-back owner, to the highest levels of morality that we can achieve.

Thoroughness and thoughtfulness – This can be summed up in one phrase.  We take the time to do it right, no matter the time or cost that is required to do it the right way.  We took time improving our process, even at financial cost, to ensure we constantly strove to deliver the best possible product and rental experience to our customers.  It is using this principle that we developed a 24/7 hotline phone number to which all of our renters have access.  Whether it be at 2am when the heater stops working, or 6 am when they need help with dumping the tanks, we are ready to help!


The Team

Bryan Kahlig and David Michael – These two, along with their families in full-support, sought to take what was an idea between friends into a business seeking to push the industry to higher levels with any chance that comes along.

Pat Kahlig – Pat, holding the most important title of Bryan’s loving-mother, came to us in the late spring of 2019. She provides a wonderful and uplifting tone to the team and keeps us all in line while making sure we communicate with our renters at regular, and specific, intervals.  Pat provides tremendous life-experience that helps guide us through those not-so-black-and-white events.


We hope that you have been able to get a better look at what makes our company turn.  We set out to show the gift of RV travel to as many families as we could by ensuring their experience was enjoyable and safe from the first moment of booking, all the way through the final return.  It is commitment to our core values, and putting the right team members in the right spot, that we have been able to succeed thus far at that mission and we seek to push the bounds further every single day.
